Ashley Kurscheidt LMT

Ashley is a Calumet County native, raised on a small dairy farm in Stockbridge. Specializing in sports massage and deep tissue therapy, she has spent more than 18 years helping clients relieve pain, recover from activity, and improve overall wellness.
Ashley has extensive experience working alongside chiropractors, in local spas, and in private practice. In addition to sports and deep tissue massage, she is also certified in:
- Reflexology
- Reiki
- Energy massage
- Relaxation massage
- Swedish massage
- Myokinesthetic therapy
Her goal is to help clients reduce muscle tension, recover from physical stress, and feel their best through personalized care.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys gardening, landscaping, canning, hunting, and fishing, and loves spending time outdoors.
